    2. List of open Forms will be displayed.

  • Information on Room Allotment for Students 28-06-2019

    Students have the option to discuss among themselves and decide their roommates in a total of four (1+3). One of the student can represent on behalf of their roommates on the day of admission.

  • Instructions to be followed after Fee Payment 23-06-2019

    Kindly download the following form and get sign from your parents and submit during the Readmission process.

    1. Risk Form (Click to download)
    2. Rules and Regulation Form (Click to download)
    3. Register your Anti Ragging undertaking at http://antiragging.in/Site/Affidavits_registration_form.aspx and download the finished form


    Note : Without bringing the above form, you will not be allowed inside the Hostel even after Fee Payment.

  • Pay by Demand Draft Instructions 22-06-2019

    Take DD from from any Nationalized Bank payable at Chennai drawn in favour of the "Executive Warden, ACTech Hostels, Anna University Chennai - 25."

    • Loan Students should bring the DD along with the bank loan evidence.
    • After Entering the DD details, download and print the Admit Card.

    You are kindly requested to submit the DD and Admit Card at the Hostel Office at the time of Hostel Admission or College reopening.

Q1. What are the procedures to login?

(a) Email & Password Login:

  • Enter the resgistered email and password to Login

(b) Mobile Number & OTP / Magic Link Login:

  • Click Login via OTP or Magiclink
  • Enter the resgistered mobile number
  • Click Request OTP
  • OTP and Magic link will be sent to the registered mobile number and email address
  • Use OTP or Click the Link to Login

(c) Mobile Number & Password Login:

  • Click Login using Mobile Number
  • Enter the resgistered mobile number and password to Login

(a) Procedure to reset forgotten password:

  • Click Forgot your password?
  • Enter your Admission No / Roll No
  • Click Send Reset Password Instructions
  • Password reset instructions will be sent to the registerd email address
  • Use the link to reset forgotten password

  • After successful login click the Fees link
  • List of fees to be paid will be displayed
  • Click View to see fees information
  • Click Download - Select 'Fee Statement'

(a) Procedure to pay fees:

  • After successful login click the Fees link

  • Click View to see fees information
  • Click Pay Online to pay the fees
  • Amount payable will be displayed Click Pay Now
  • Complete the bank's payment process and view the fees page for payment status

  • After successful login & fee payment click the Fees link
  • List of fees paid will be displayed
